About Us

Established in 2012 Penny Roofing Ltd is a family run business, with our Head Office located on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent.

We specialise in Cold Applied Liquid Membrane waterproofing systems. We also undertake all Pitched roofing works & Single Ply works.

As a company we have had the chance to work on some pretty impressive locations over the years including Buckingham Gate, London Bridge Station & even the Scottish FA's headquarters in Edinburgh. We've also had the privilege of travelling further afield to work on data centres in Denmark!

Our reputation and outstanding workmanship are both extremely important to us which is why we are members of a number of trade associations including the Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association (LRWA), National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), and Constructionline. 

One of our core values from inception has always been to make an investement into the training of our staff. By keeping up with our workforce's continual professional development we are able to ensure that we keep our standards high, from our work on site to our office team. 

We are approved installers for Proteus, Widopan, Axter and Triflex to name a few.

Our primary areas of operation are Kent, London, Sussex & Essex - but we are more than happy to take on projects nationwide!
